Beschreibung

• Design robust solutions for complex projects and build scalable software applications powering new business initiatives • Write, test, and implement efficient, maintainable code meeting quality and performance requirements • Work within an Agile environment and adapt development efforts to evolving requirements • Manage projects from conception through deployment with minimal supervision, owning technical decisions and outcomes • Perform code audits, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycle • Audit existing systems and identify optimization opportunities • Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and professional development support • Influence technical decisions and collaborate with team members and stakeholders • Continuously update technical knowledge and skills • Recommend future development options and technology choices supporting business objectives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of related experience • Shipped production software in Python and Java • Strong technical competency • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) and comfort integrating them into your workflow • Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely • Ability to work both in a team and independently • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure • Good time management skills • Ability to adapt to change • Focus on continuous improvement and delivering value
