Beschreibung

• Confidently articulate the business and technical value of Neo4j to customers and prospects • Actively drive and run the technology evaluation stage of the sales cycles • Manage day-to-day activities such as opportunity qualification, technical discovery, presentations, and demonstrations • Build and nurture rapport with customer stakeholders at all levels • Co-create reference and solution architectures with our customers • Stay current on latest Neo4j capabilities and integrations • Distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to various teams • Help drive demand through participation in account-based marketing events • Lead by example and foster an environment of teamwork and creativity • Travel as needed to assist in deal creation and closure

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar capacity (Sales/Presales/Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, etc) • Experience working with different data technologies in either of the following areas: enterprise data architecture, data analytics, data science or cloud data architecture • Working knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph, OrientDB, JanusGraph, etc) - a strong plus! • Hands-on experience and proficiency with relational (SQL) and/or NoSQL databases • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, C# • Familiarity with GenAI, LLM’s and Agentic AI a plus • Successful track record in designing, developing, and implementing data solutions in the public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or on-premise • Ability to engage and communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences • Technical savviness and business acumen to translate technical concepts and patterns into valuable business outcomes • Passion for learning new technologies (especially graphs!)
