🎯 Anforderungen

• - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a BPO environment • - Degree in Business Administration or relevant field (MBA is a plus) • - Exceptional leadership and team management skills • - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities • - Proven experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies • - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills • - Ability to handle multiple priorities and lead under pressure • - Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices • - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications • - Must have reliable computer and high-speed internet access.
