Beschreibung

• Own NetBox Labs Observability features and products, turning product strategy into a scoped, sequenced roadmap • Drive products from definition through general availability and iteration across Cloud and Enterprise deployments • Serve as a subject matter expert in network observability and telemetry collection, modeling, and use by network operators • Translate technical capabilities into business value for customers, sales, customer success, and leadership • Equip go-to-market teams with positioning, demos, and technical enablement • Prototype to answer product questions and validate ideas with engineering and customers • Engage directly with customers and prospects in discovery, technical pre-sales, and design partner programs • Partner with Discovery and Assurance teams to create coherent platform offerings • Define and own Observability success metrics and use them to drive roadmap decisions • Report to the Director of Product

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7-10+ years of product management leadership in B2B software • 3+ years on technically complex products such as networking & infrastructure, observability, security, or developer platforms • Product experience in network observability, monitoring, or telemetry • Fluency with SNMP, streaming telemetry (gNMI), flow data (NetFlow, sFlow, IPFIX), and OpenTelemetry • Comfortable in a codebase and able to script against APIs, stand up a prototype, read a pull request, and hold your own with engineers • Ability to translate deep technical detail into business value for technical and executive audiences • Strong track record owning products across the full lifecycle • Strong cross-functional influence across engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure • Experience with open source products and communities is a bonus • Familiarity with network automation or source-of-truth tooling is a bonus • Experience shipping products delivered both on-premises and as SaaS is a bonus • Exposure to device discovery or inventory ingestion pipelines is a bonus
