Beschreibung

• Ensure a white-glove experience during clients' projects. • Handle various environments, from traditional network and server/storage infrastructure to cloud services like AWS, Microsoft Office 365, and Azure. • Develop or collaborate on project streams for current customers, ensuring all aspects are meticulously managed. • Serve as the primary technical lead during onboarding and offboarding engagements. • Collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain strong client relationships, addressing any technical concerns or issues promptly and professionally. • Serve as an escalation point for challenging technical issues. • Act as quality control for junior Systems Specialist’s work and documentation. • Provide technical and professional mentorship to entry and junior team members.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, server/storage systems, virtualization, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, M365). • Proficiency in managing and maintaining Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, and related services. • Experience with configuring and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. • Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights. • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar are highly desirable. • Knowledge and skills in AWS, Azure, O365, Virtualization, and other technologies are a major bonus. • Experience with ITIL frameworks, Six Sigma methodologies, and M&A integrations is a plus.
