Beschreibung

• Own or co-own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of talent systems • Deeply understand the needs of Talent stakeholders through research and data analysis • Build and maintain a deep understanding of how Talent data flows across our systems • Translate complex business problems into intuitive, user-focused product experiences • Prioritize competing demands across a broad portfolio of systems • Partner closely with engineering, design, and third-party vendor teams to deliver high-quality product experiences • Monitor product performance and satisfaction using data for continuous improvement • Stay current on market trends in HR tech

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree • 6+ years of product management experience with a strong track record in enterprise applications or HR/Talent technology • Experience spanning multiple systems or product lines • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and HR/Talent data flows • Comfortable operating across a portfolio of first-party and third-party applications • Experience with GenAI and working with engineering teams • Ability to operate strategically • Familiarity with the talent ecosystem • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
