Beschreibung

• Architect and elevate the GTM systems ecosystem, with HubSpot at the center, across the full customer lifecycle • Connect GTM technology and data, integrating Clay, Apollo, OnRamp, and internal NetVendor data • Build automation, AI agents, and AI-enabled workflows to eliminate manual work and accelerate execution • Explore and prototype emerging GTM technologies and bring valuable solutions from concept to production • Build data infrastructure for segmentation, routing, workflows, forecasting, predictability, reporting, and decision-making • Develop scalable reporting and analytics infrastructure, including dashboards, scorecards, and funnel and lifecycle reporting • Continuously improve and document solutions to ensure scalability, transparency, maintainability, and adoption • Report to the Director of RevOps and work closely with GTM leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of relevant experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or a related technical operations role • Deep hands-on HubSpot expertise • Experience across modern GTM technologies such as Clay, Apollo, or comparable platforms • Strong technical integration experience, including APIs, webhooks, native integrations, middleware, and connecting internal and external data • Hands-on experience building automation, AI agents, and AI-enabled workflows • Demonstrated examples of applying AI to solve real business problems • Strong GTM and technical judgment • Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions • Ability to evaluate technical approaches and tradeoffs • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams
