Beschreibung

• Guide clients through AI transformation from strategy through implementation • Serve as a trusted advisor and lead or co-lead paid advisory engagements • Facilitate workshops and interviews with executive and cross-functional stakeholders • Convert ambiguous business problems into structured problem statements, scope, and success criteria • Produce capability models, AI use case portfolios, prioritized roadmaps, operating model designs, and governance frameworks • Lead business process analysis and redesign with AI as a core design input • Identify value opportunities for agentic AI, automation, and human-in-the-loop models • Map current-state workflows to future-state operating models and identify data, governance, and capability gaps • Translate findings into delivery-scoped AI use cases with owners, dependencies, and success metrics • Translate strategic intent into user stories, agent design patterns, and acceptance criteria • Connect business architecture and technical architecture on Salesforce • Partner with Solution and Technical Architects to pressure-test designs • Own the handoff from advisory to implementation • Contribute reusable frameworks, playbooks, assessment tools, and discovery accelerators • Provide perspective on the future of agentic AI • Support proposal development and SOW scoping

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation • 3+ years leading Salesforce-based engagements at a delivery or architecture level • Hands-on experience designing and operationalizing agentic AI use cases • Track record of leading executive-level workshops and strategic decision sessions • Experience designing future-state operating models • Strong functional and conceptual understanding of Salesforce, including Agentforce, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service, Data Cloud, and Einstein • Familiarity with agentic AI constructs such as actions, topics, instructions, and grounding • Working knowledge of AI/LLM ecosystems including Salesforce Agentforce, OpenAI, AWS, and Azure • Understanding of data readiness, integration architecture, and governance requirements for AI deployment • Strong facilitation skills • Ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous inputs into actionable frameworks and narratives • Excellent written output for decks, SOWs, and strategy documents • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive toward structure • Experience with Amazon Connect, NICE, Genesys, or similar contact center technology is nice to have • Salesforce certifications are nice to have • Design Thinking, human-centered design, or service design experience is nice to have • Regulated-industry experience is nice to have
