Beschreibung

• Own end-to-end strategic customer deployments from discovery and workflow analysis through production deployment, iteration, proven ROI, and expansion • Analyze call routing, agent scripts, escalation paths, and back-office handoffs • Define deployment success criteria • Build production multi-turn voice and digital agent workflows, including prompt design, retrieval pipelines, decision logic, fallback handling, and live-agent handoff • Integrate with customer systems of record, including CRMs, EHRs, ticketing systems, Salesforce, Epic, ServiceNow, and custom APIs • Implement guardrails and compliance controls for PII, HIPAA, and PCI environments • Deploy evaluation, monitoring, and testing frameworks to continuously measure and improve agent performance • Feed field findings into product roadmap prioritization • Document integration patterns, platform gaps, and recurring requirements for Engineering • Support pre-sales through live demonstrations, architectural conversations, proof-of-concept builds, and deployment scoping alongside AEs and Sales Engineers • Turn pilot results into expansion cases • Help define the Forward-Deployed Engineering function, including deployment methodology, evaluation standards, integration patterns, hiring bar, and team structure

🎯 Anforderungen

• A strong engineer first; writes and ships production code in Python and/or TypeScript • Builds and debugs API integrations independently • Has owned systems running in production • 4+ years in customer-facing technical work with personal implementation ownership • Working depth with LLMs in production, including RAG, agent orchestration, and evaluation • Experience debugging agent failures • Ability to communicate with engineers, executives, and customers • Thrives with incomplete information and competing priorities • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military/work experience • Preferred: Voice/telephony depth with SIP, WebRTC, SBCs, or CCaaS/UCaaS platforms • Preferred: Enterprise-scale agentic AI deployments, voice or digital • Preferred: Industry experience in healthcare, financial services, retail, or insurance • Preferred: Familiarity with the competitive conversational AI landscape • 20–30% travel
