Beschreibung

• Lead a high-velocity outbound sales motion targeting small and medium-sized businesses • Drive net-new business through high-volume cold calling, email, and social outreach • Identify, target, and engage new prospects with no prior relationship to Bluehost • Assess customer needs, qualify opportunities, and move prospects through the funnel • Own the full sales cycle from first touch through close, including discovery, objection handling, and deal execution • Acquire new customers and expand Bluehost’s footprint in the SMB market • Educate prospects on how Bluehost solutions support their online presence and growth • Meet daily and weekly activity metrics, including calls, meetings set, pipeline generated, and MRR targets • Navigate competitive conversations and close deals with urgency and integrity

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven success in outbound sales with a strong focus on cold calling and new business acquisition • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with consistent outreach expectations • Experience owning deals end-to-end, from prospecting to close • Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and continuously push pipeline forward • Skilled at uncovering customer needs and converting conversations into revenue • Passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses grow and succeed online • General understanding of hosting, WordPress, domains, or SaaS solutions is a plus • Clear, persuasive, and confident in both phone and written outreach • Highly motivated, proactive, and accountable for delivering results
