Beschreibung

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for one or more Clinical Content product areas • Own the product roadmap and backlog from discovery through launch and post-launch iteration • Contribute to and help execute the product-led growth strategy • Partner with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to define and execute the roadmap • Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Inform strategic planning for business growth, new product development, and build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions • Maintain current understanding of prospects, customers, competitors, and partners to inform product decisions and market positioning • Define and track product success metrics including activation, adoption, expansion revenue, retention, churn, and satisfaction • Coordinate product releases across product, support, and service operations • Partner with finance, sales, and product marketing on go-to-market messaging, pricing, and business models • Support business and contractual discussions with partners • Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are identified and delivered on time • Establish and maintain product lifecycle management focused on modernizing aged products and scalable platform architecture • Contribute to revenue, cost, and margin forecasting and reporting • Mentor Product Managers and Associate Product Managers on product management craft • Perform other duties supporting the overall objective of the position

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, biology, engineering, or a related field • Any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in technology/software product management • Proven ability to own and deliver results for ambulatory EHR and practice management product areas • Direct experience owning or contributing to ambulatory EHR and practice management products • Deep familiarity with clinical and front/back-office workflows, including provider documentation, computerized order entry, e-prescribing (eRx/EPCS), clinical decision support, patient scheduling and registration, eligibility, and end-to-end revenue cycle management • Experience with ambulatory regulatory and quality programs, including ONC Health IT Certification (CEHRT), CMS incentive and quality programs (MIPS/MACRA and Promoting Interoperability), eCQMs, information-blocking compliance, and value-based care and patient-engagement capabilities • Experience contributing to AI/ML-powered product capabilities, with attention to model performance, clinical validation, and measurable business outcomes • Experience partnering with data science and engineering teams across the AI/ML model lifecycle, including data strategy, model development and evaluation, production monitoring, and build-vs-buy decisions • Demonstrated ability to own a significant product area with business impact and revenue, cost, and margin considerations • Track record of bringing complex, multi-stakeholder solutions to market • Experience contributing to product-led growth motions in a B2B SaaS or technology environment • Experience writing business cases, performing market analysis, contributing to go-to-market strategy, and managing backlogs and pricing/packaging input • Experience navigating complex, ambiguous business situations and managing multiple stakeholders • Knowledge of technology product management best practices, product-led growth strategy and metrics, SaaS business models and unit economics, MVP concepts, Agile development, and product lifecycle practices • Deep understanding of healthcare technology • Knowledge of AI and generative AI product fundamentals, including model lifecycle, MLOps, and large language models • Knowledge of responsible and trustworthy AI in healthcare, including HIPAA, bias mitigation, transparency, explainability, human-in-the-loop design, privacy, security, and AI regulation • Leadership through influence, financial and business acumen, communication, cross-functional collaboration, executive-level presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills • Ability to define and manage complex processes, workflows, and product issues • Ability to develop product vision and drive execution • Ability to collaborate with and mentor global professionals • Ability to manage concurrent projects with critical timelines • Ability to establish effective working relationships
