Beschreibung

• Maintain, monitor, and support a production infrastructure environment • Administer AWS environments and resources • Support multiple medium- to high-complexity systems or applications • Monitor systems and resolve issues according to defined procedures • Analyze and report operational metrics to understand performance and support process improvements • Manage DNS, FTP, IIS, and application environments • Participate in an on-call rotation • Communicate events to stakeholders, teams, and leadership • Perform cabling, racking, and other physical data center tasks; some travel may be required • Create user accounts in IAM and other user management resources • Update production server resources and sizing • Support and troubleshoot medium- to complex technical issues • Follow the company Code of Ethics and CXone policies and procedures

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years working in a large production infrastructure • 5+ years in Windows Server Administration in a Production Environment • 5+ years configuring server hardware and OS • Experience managing and hardening Linux servers in production environments (RHEL, Ubuntu, or Amazon Linux) • Experience successfully working in fast-paced production environments with rapidly changing priorities and timelines • Microsoft and Linux OS Patching • Strong Knowledge of Windows Domains, Active Directory and DNS • Experience working with Change Management • Experience working in a PCI / Cyber Essentials compliant environment • AWS EKS and ECS Experience • Experience maintaining relational databases • Experience working with Chef, Ansible or Puppet • Experience working with SAN or NAS • Experience working with Okta • Experience working with Hardware Replacements/Vendor Work • Experience managing Cisco UCS • Experience monitoring and maintaining AWS environments • Experience working with PowerShell and other scripting languages
