Beschreibung

• Design, build, and implement advanced Conversational AI solutions for customers and partners. • Manage high-impact projects and provide deep technical insights. • Ensure customers achieve maximum value from platform. • Drive complex projects from pilot/Proof of Concept (PoC) to full implementation. • Provide cutting-edge technical solutions and tackle advanced technical challenges. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and contribute insights. • Deliver technical training, workshops, and best practices to empower customers and partners. • Develop precise technical documentation and ensure resolution of complex issues.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries. • Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms. • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges. • Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives. • Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Proficient in JavaScript and Python; experience with back-end integrations. • Front-End Design: HTML and CSS • Back-End Development: server-side applications and data manipulation.
