• Own the registered student relationship end to end after registration • Define activation, first value, and ongoing return behavior across the post-registration lifecycle • Move registered-student cohorts in partnership with marketing across web and app experiences • Improve lifecycle messaging, push notifications, and personalized recommendations • Decide what messages to send, to whom, when, and what to stop sending • Improve personalization and matching quality for school recommendations, saved-list intelligence, scholarships, and cost matching • Balance student experience with business needs by growing actionable student-interest data • Unlock insights for college partners to support revenue • Align with other product teams and cross-functional partners on dependencies and roadmap opportunities • Understand the registered student funnel, return-rate curves, and effective re-engagement surfaces • Conduct student research and ship engagement and retention tests • Develop strategy around metrics tied to business value • Improve the registered experience for the next enrollment cycle based on engagement and retention patterns

🎯 Anforderungen

• Comfort with ambiguity and real ownership • Strong background in data and ability to understand SQL • Experience designing experiments connecting leading metrics with long-term user outcomes • Hands-on user research experience • Close partnership with design to understand user problems and solutions • Experience shipping products where an AI model performed meaningful work • Ability to evaluate AI cost and quality tradeoffs • Use of AI tooling for research, analysis, and shaping product bets • Ability to think beyond immediate impact, weigh second-order effects, and make high-quality decisions • Genuine investment in making school research and enrollment easy, transparent, and free • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future • Nice to have: background in a two-sided marketplace • Nice to have: experience influencing short-term metrics toward long-term outcomes • Nice to have: familiarity with college search, admissions, or financial aid • Nice to have: experience with consumer-facing products for teenagers
