Beschreibung

• Provide oversight, innovation, and standards for developing and enhancing Healthcare + Products and product suites • Serve as a subject matter expert in chemicals, system automation/innovation, FFP or other designated programs, or mobile medical equipment • Support Aramark programs through virtual and onsite training • Liaise with Aramark-approved vendors for equipment, supplies, and products • Provide national support for computerized maintenance management system operation, upgrades, enhancements, and training • Support onsite services at existing facilities and facility mobilizations • Support Center of Excellence Project Managers, Regional staff, and Operations teams during new facility management mobilizations • Evaluate operating program standards, measure performance, and recommend operational improvements • Prepare operational and budget trackers with mobilization Project Managers • Partner with Portfolio leaders across accounts • Pilot and implement new and existing systems and technologies • Publish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for service lines • Represent Healthcare + Center of Excellence in developing, testing, and piloting technology, programs, and systems • Develop, implement, and maintain Facilities resources • Assist with technical training programs for Healthcare + Facilities front-line managers and employees • Conduct compliance audits covering client contracts, OSHA, Life Safety, local, state, and federal regulations, and financial obligations • Support new-facility sales efforts through business surveys and business-model development • Support facilities-program retention efforts • Document observations and recommendations through formal reports • Exemplify Aramark’s safety culture and participate in Aramark SAFE practices • Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, operating standards, Compliance Reporting, and Business Conduct Policies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Three to five years of management and technical experience in a Facilities Management-related field • Healthcare experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or equivalent experience • Professional association membership with AHE, ASHE, or ALM preferred, or ability to secure • Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and surveys • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Good presentation skills for customers and internal clients • Proficient training skills for technical and classroom sessions • Proficient report writing and policy and procedure writing • Excellent listening skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently • Excellent computer skills • Management skills • Excellent financial and data analysis and interpretation skills • Ability to travel nationally up to 70%
