Beschreibung

• Build and lead the marketing PMO across all marketing teams, regions, and segments • Establish intake, prioritization, planning, resourcing, and delivery-tracking standards • Own the marketing Asana practice as the system of record and ensure organization-wide adoption • Manage cross-functional programs end to end, resolving dependencies, risks, and timeline conflicts • Provide portfolio-level visibility to marketing leadership • Design, launch, and own the marketing OKR framework and connect goals to projects and initiatives • Run goal-setting and prioritization cadences and report OKR progress to marketing leadership • Lead the marketing AI transformation program and drive adoption of AI tools and workflows • Lead process-improvement and automation initiatives • Establish Centers of Excellence for Corporate Events, Channel Marketing, and Field Marketing • Ensure integrated campaigns follow PMO and OKR standards and coordinate cross-functional orchestration • Program-manage planning offsites and own QBR planning • Report jointly to the SVP, Revenue Marketing and VP, Corporate Marketing • Manage the marketing Asana/PMO program manager and Director, Integrated Campaigns

🎯 Anforderungen

• Seasoned program/project management leader or Chief of Staff within a marketing, revenue, or GTM organization • Track record building PMO discipline and operating cadences in environments that lacked them • Hands-on expertise with project management tooling (e.g., Asana) • Strong process design and standardization skills • Deep knowledge of PMO frameworks, sprint/agile project management methodologies, and RACI-based accountability models • Experience leading transformation, automation, or AI-adoption initiatives strongly preferred • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management • Credibility with senior leaders and Finance • Experience managing or closely partnering with an integrated campaigns/demand marketing leader • Strong grasp of B2B SaaS integrated campaign strategy, planning, and measurement • High ownership and bias to action • People-leadership experience, including setting direction for and holding accountable a director-level direct report leading a full function • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state • Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
