Beschreibung

• Physically perform and help direct industrial housekeeping services • Provide cleaning projects and services to maintain cleanliness, efficiency, and livability of commercial/industrial facilities • Operate and direct activities of a commissary facility • Perform all duties required of a housekeeper or assigned employee • Help direct and guide housekeeping and janitorial employees • Help train new staff and provide ongoing training • Conduct, replace, and disperse assigned inventories • Conduct inspections to maintain service quality • Coordinate equipment care and maintenance • Help conduct safety meetings and ensure daily operations comply with company and client safety requirements • Ensure staff meet quality standards and work procedures • Resolve minor maintenance or client emergencies, or take steps to address them permanently • Assist employees with work-related difficulties • Identify, resolve, or appropriately report site safety hazards • Notify supervisor when safety and sanitation standards are not being met • Perform other duties pertinent to department or unit success

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent • At least one (1) year of experience demonstrating working knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and industrial cleaning processes • At least one (1) year of experience in commercial housekeeping • At least one (1) year of verifiable supervisory experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality • Basic skills operating Microsoft Office applications • Must pass pre-employment requirements, potentially including drug test, physical and fit-for-duty assessment, and hearing test • Must cooperate and work as part of a team with employees, customers, and clients • Must make decisions in the moment with little to no supervision • Must be able to stand for 12 hours per shift during the scheduled rotation • Must be able to live in dormitory-style settings and meet remote-camp cleanliness requirements • Must speak, understand, read, and write English • Must follow all company and client safety guidelines and regulations • Must be able to travel by plane and/or bus to remote camps • Must meet specified physical and fit-for-duty testing requirements • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the past three years preferred
