Beschreibung

• Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP HCM/ SuccessFactors processes, especially in the areas of payroll and time management • Support and continuously improve existing solutions, including payroll, time management, integrations, and Fiori apps • Ensure high-quality 2nd-level support following ITIL standards • Depending on experience: lead workstreams or (sub-)projects and manage internal and external stakeholders • Expand your knowledge in SAP Fiori and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) by actively contributing to ongoing projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable education/qualification • Several years of relevant experience in SAP HCM consulting – particularly in payroll and time management • Expertise in SAP HCM on-premise; knowledge of SAP Fiori and ideally SuccessFactors • Experience in interface handling (IDOCs, CPI) is a plus • Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international context • Fluent in English; German or Spanish skills are a bonus.
