Beschreibung

• Manages and interprets schedules from suppliers/subcontractors to understand impact on program schedule and milestones • Effectively manage an integrated master schedule • Successfully manage schedule risks and opportunities • Develop and manage the SMT RAIL/action item tracker to facilitate communication and accountability with the supplier/subcontractors & internal actions within NG Marine Systems • Focus on schedule and supply chain programmatic actions • Manage supplier performance, open orders, delivery and dock dates • Define and develop material strategy for on-time delivery • Effectively plans, defines, establishes, communicates, monitors, and controls subcontractor scope to ensure all of the work required is performed • Analyzes changes to balance technical, cost, schedule, quality requirements and develops alternatives that address program needs and expectations • Supports development of NGMS Statements of Work (SSOW) through collaboration with key technical and programmatic stakeholders • Adhere to subcontract scope, and manage change through control board activities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain, program management, business management or related • Master’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain, program management, business management or related or an additional 4 years of related experience in these areas in lieu of a Bachelors degree • At least 3 years of experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and/or large supplier management portfolio experience in other industries • At least 2 years of financial experience in EVMS or similar cost and schedule management systems • At least 2 years of experience managing a Program effort or Major Subcontract in supply chain, SMT, or program/project management role • Must be a US Citizen • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
