Beschreibung

• Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and applications to solve mission‑driven problems. • Preprocess, analyze, and manage large datasets in collaboration with data and product teams. • Implement machine learning and deep learning frameworks. • Fine‑tune and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. • Integrate AI models into enterprise and cloud‑based production systems. • Document code, models, algorithms, and development processes. • Support testing, deployment, and ongoing operations of AI solutions. • Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and sprint planning. • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices.

🎯 Anforderungen

• U.S. Citizenship (required). • Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI or higher background investigation. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum eight (8) years of experience. • Experience developing AI or machine learning solutions. • Proficiency in at least one AI/ML programming framework. • Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. • Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, or related field (desired). • Experience integrating AI models into production systems (desired). • Experience with cloud‑based AI development environments (desired). • Knowledge of DevOps or MLOps practices (desired). • Experience supporting federal government or public sector IT programs (desired). • Familiarity with application security and compliance requirements (desired). • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar delivery management tools (desired).
