Beschreibung

• Enabling business retention and customer maintenance through proactive technical service and optimization activities • Acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers, solving complex production challenges • Supporting trials, data analysis, and technical reporting that drive customer value and growth • Contributing technical expertise across North American regions as time allows • This role combines hands‑on plant work with analytical problem‑solving and strong collaboration across commercial, technical, and innovation teams.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in cheese and fresh dairy manufacturing • In-plant dairy production experience (required) with strong knowledge of plant operations • Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a similar field • Ability to conduct statistical analysis and translate data into practical process improvements • Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating across teams
