Beschreibung

• Implement and lead workstreams in Customers, projects and assets • Coach less experienced certified consultants • Present to stakeholders • Work closely with the Client to gather and analyze business requirements related to financial processes • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the proper functionality of Workday Financials modules • Create and maintain project documentation, including business process documentation, configuration documentation, and training materials.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of Workday implementation consulting • 2+ years of leading Customers, projects, and assets workstreams • Workday certification in Budgets, Customers or Projects • Polished communication skills • Organized and collaborative • Persuasive presentation skills • Coaching experience • Flexible communication style to meet the needs of client resources • Ability to collaborate effectively with the rest of the team resources- PMO, other workstream leads, data leads, etc.
