Beschreibung

• Own end-to-end accountability for contract execution, ensuring all deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements are met on time and within scope • Establish and operationalize a centralized technical assistance delivery model, including governance, intake, triage, service pathways, and performance management • Lead cross-functional coordination across program management, service delivery teams, platform/infrastructure, and data/reporting functions • Serve as the primary internal lead for coordination with external partners, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution • Oversee performance monitoring and reporting processes, ensuring accurate data capture, analysis, and communication aligned to contractual and regulatory expectations • Identify risks to delivery (timeline, scope, staffing, partner coordination) and proactively implement mitigation strategies • Drive continuous improvement of service delivery models, incorporating feedback, data insights, and lessons learned • Support staffing strategy and team development to ensure capacity and capability to meet program demand and scaling requirements • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field, or equivalent experience • 8–10+ years of experience leading complex programs, contracts, or service delivery models • Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-stakeholder initiatives with accountability for timelines, deliverables, and outcomes • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating across internal and external partners • Strong operational leadership with the ability to translate strategy into execution and drive measurable results
