Beschreibung

• Own and drive the entire product lifecycle for a portfolio of AI-enabled clinical products • Own product vision, prioritization, and detailed product definition for AI-enabled clinical decision support and care orchestration products • Define and manage Epic and other EHR integration requirements, including data exchange, interoperability standards, and embedding product capabilities in clinical workflows • Translate clinical workflows and care team needs into clinical decision support product requirements • Partner with clinical, operational, and informatics stakeholders to streamline care orchestration and improve care team efficiency • Conduct or commission market research, usability studies, and focus groups • Create and maintain evergreen product roadmaps for multiple products • Present complex data and communicate the product story to senior leaders and external stakeholders • Identify barriers to product scale, including integration, workflow adoption, and governance constraints • Write business cases for additional investment and influence leadership decisions • Use metrics to make portfolio decisions • Make feature-level decisions and influence core product decisions with leadership • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, standards, and regulations • Report known or suspected unethical, safety, privacy, or compliance concerns

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field • 6 years of product manager or other relevant experience • Experience leading the product lifecycle for 2–3 large products from visioning through requirements development through launch and measurement • Understanding of domain and competitive landscape • Strong understanding of EHR integration requirements, including Epic integration pathways and interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, and CDS Hooks • Working knowledge of clinical decision support tools and their design, validation, clinical workflow integration, and governance • Understanding of care team operations and care orchestration workflows • Proficiency using computers, software, and web-based applications • Ability to interpret, analyze, and understand complex data sets • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to present complex data to senior leaders and external stakeholders • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder influence skills across clinicians, informaticists, and operational leaders • Strong problem-solving skills and creative approach • Time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines • Must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements
