Beschreibung

• Collaborate with architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and peers by providing technical expertise and enforcing application architecture vision • Review and provide input on architectural designs and requirements • Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for supported software applications • Provide deep technical expertise for supported applications • Support cross-team technical collaboration • Identify risks and design contingency plans • Analyze existing operations and evaluate improvement options • Conduct security audits • Guide teams through technical issues and challenges • Assist with governance, quality assurance, and standards activities for technology architecture compliance • Lead technology change to deliver business outcomes • Oversee or consult on technology implementation and modification activities • Create and deliver production-ready IT services for agile teams • Evaluate emerging technologies and oversee proofs of concept • Provide detailed designs and review developer implementations for quality and best practices • Create, review, and approve technical documentation • Lead technology strategy and roadmap development • Work with third-party vendors to validate technical aspects, assess feasibility, and develop reporting metrics and dashboards • Coordinate operational processes including crisis management, support escalation, change management, release management, capacity management, and other ITIL processes • Analyze, plan, justify, schedule, and coordinate specialty-area administrative, operational, and financial initiatives • Lead code and design reviews and daily/weekly meetings • Develop metrics and KPIs with architects and managers • Analyze data and generate development metrics and KPI reports • Perform root cause analysis for production defects and minimize defect leakage • Own delivered product quality and automate processes where possible

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or 12–15 years without a bachelor's degree • Demonstrated progressive leadership experience supporting enterprise automation and robotic process automation (RPA) • Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills • Ability to lead code/design reviews and daily/weekly meetings • Ability to facilitate quick and efficient technology resolutions • Ability to collaborate with architects and managers to develop metrics and KPIs • Ability to analyze data and generate detailed reports focused on development metrics and KPIs • Ability to identify technical risks and form contingency plans • Ability to perform root cause analysis for production defects • Ability to automate quality processes with well-documented code • Knowledge of UiPath platform architecture, including Orchestrator, Robots, Automation Cloud, Automation Hub, Process Mining, Test Suite, AI Center, and Document Understanding • Understanding of information principles and processes • Understanding of financial implications of design decisions • Understanding of system development life cycle methodologies, including waterfall, spiral, agile, rapid prototyping, incremental, synchronize and stabilize, and DevOps • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot multi-tiered applications, including SaaS and on-premises systems • Solid understanding of design patterns • Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance • Adaptability to new technology • Strategic and forward-thinking approach to future technologies • Continuous-learning mindset • Understanding of AI-enhanced automation, machine learning applications, OCR, and intelligent document processing • Ability to quickly comprehend existing, new, and emerging technologies • Demonstrated ability to work well with others and be respected as a leader
