Beschreibung

• Negotiate directly with vendors and manage commercial outcomes on technology spend, including cloud, AI/LLM, data, security, and SaaS vendors • Lead end-to-end negotiations for new vendors and renewals • Structure deals involving renewal uplift caps, usage and true-up mechanics, ramp schedules, termination rights, and auto-renewal protections • Run competitive sourcing and build business cases for vendor selection and consolidation • Build and share repeatable AI-assisted sourcing workflows for proposal comparison, price benchmarking, contract redlining, and negotiation preparation • Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and InfoSec teams to evaluate vendors and structure commercial terms • Serve as the primary vendor contact for contractual matters and escalation point for employees communicating with vendor sales representatives • Drive timely review and approval of procurement requests, aligning key stakeholders including the C-suite • Participate in the standard interview process, including AI-assisted screening, Talent Partner, Hiring Manager, team, and executive interviews

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of strategic sourcing or direct vendor negotiation experience, ideally in a high-growth tech or fintech company • Self-starter who identifies problems and comes with solutions • Ability to work cross-functionally with senior management • Strong negotiation skills and a track record negotiating six- and seven-figure software, SaaS, or cloud agreements • Understanding of commercial contract terms including MSAs, order forms, DPAs, SOWs, and licensing models • Comfort marking up contracts with Legal • Hands-on AI fluency, including use of LLM assistants and agents • Drive and proactivity • Currently authorized to work lawfully in the United States
