Beschreibung

• Build and maintain the master content calendar across platforms and campaigns, including organic/paid handoffs and publishing readiness • Manage approval workflows through Legal, Brand, and Compliance • Tag content by campaign, format, audience, and objective • Own platform governance, publishing tool settings, UTM conventions, and tagging taxonomy • Support creator campaign operations, including deliverables, approvals, and timelines • Surface creator trends and top-performing assets to inform content planning • Build and maintain weekly/monthly performance reports with standardized metrics • Track core engagement KPIs and flag anomalies early • Use AI tools to accelerate reporting, tagging, and QA • Maintain campaign performance logs for quarterly reviews and budget conversations • Maintain SOPs, templates, and project documentation • Set Social SEO tagging standards and flag discoverability or reporting gaps

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years in social media operations, marketing operations, or creative project management • Experience building and managing content calendars at scale across multiple platforms • Experience configuring publishing/project tools for a team’s workflow, including Notion, Jira, Sprout Social or equivalent, Google Workspace, and Slack • Working knowledge of FTC content policies and platform compliance requirements • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate operational work • Strong written communication • High tolerance for ambiguity and low tolerance for dropped balls • Drive and proactivity • Must be currently authorized to work lawfully in the United States • Must answer whether employment-based immigration sponsorship is currently or potentially required
