Beschreibung

• Oversee a team of Asset Managers and Portfolio Managers overseeing Commercial Real Estate loans, including 3–10 direct reports • Share responsibility for hiring, training, and evaluating team members • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex Borrower and Investor matters • Manage relationships with Borrowers, Investors, Master Servicers, and third-party stakeholders • Partner with Asset Management, Special Servicing, Legal, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders • Lead and support team training, coaching, oversight, team-building sessions, and meetings • Monitor workflows, staffing levels, servicing activities, reporting metrics, contractual obligations, and covenant monitoring • Analyze portfolio trends and servicing metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and operational efficiencies • Drive process improvement initiatives, strengthen controls, and implement best practices • Monitor watchlist assets, covenant compliance, maturity exposure, and other risk indicators • Facilitate and contribute to monthly Watchlist meetings • Assist with special projects, system enhancements, process implementations, and department initiatives • Prepare and review management reports, portfolio summaries, and team performance metrics • Spread and analyze property-level financial statements and train Asset Managers on complex assets • Interpret servicing agreements, loan documents, cash management structures, Investor guidelines, PSA, TSA, and SSA requirements • Ensure contractual compliance and accurate client reporting calculations • Communicate reporting needs to other departments and train business units on servicing-system intricacies • Develop investor reports, coordinate servicing functions, update policies and procedures, assist with audits and rating agency requests, lead Commercial team trainings, and prepare presentations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Four year degree from an accredited University preferred or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 10 years of CRE loan servicing experience required • 1–2 years in a leadership position preferred • Full understanding of the full CRE loan life cycle from onboarding through Mortgage Satisfaction • Prior experience with CMBS, RMBS, SFR Portfolio loans, and/or CREFC reporting requirements is a plus • High attention to detail • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, CoPilot, and other information processing programs • Ability to perform complex calculations using calculators and systems • Ability to reason and exercise sound judgment • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Outstanding communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills • Strong customer service, professional relationship-building, conflict-resolution, and difficult-conversation skills • Previous experience with REALSynergy servicing system is considered a plus • Must pass the Company’s Background Screening process prior to beginning employment • May be required to pass client-specific background check requirements or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable
