Beschreibung

• Lead daily Commitment Desk operations, ensuring timely and accurate lock and pricing execution • Manage and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team, including direct oversight of managers and team leads • Establish team structure, capacity planning, and performance management frameworks to meet volume and SLA targets, including hiring, coaching, succession planning, and employee engagement • Drive accountability through defined KPIs, quality standards, and operational governance routines • Serve as escalation point for complex pricing, eligibility, and loan-level decisions • Oversee production validation, lock accuracy, and pipeline prioritization • Partner cross-functionally with Capital Markets, Sales, Operations, and Underwriting to align priorities and resolve issues • Own and drive process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability • Provide leadership visibility through reporting, metrics, and executive-level communication on performance and risks • Support client onboarding, bid tape execution, and pricing platform optimization

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 7+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Commitment Desk, or Pricing Operations • 3+ years of proven leadership experience managing teams in a high-volume environment • Strong knowledge of mortgage banking and pricing execution • Experience with pricing tools (e.g., Compass Analytics) preferred • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
