Beschreibung

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using **TypeScript, Node.js, and React** • Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs • Work with **PostgreSQL** for data modeling and query optimization • Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using **AWS (ECS preferred)** • Own features end-to-end (design → development → production) • Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions • Improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience • Use **AI tools** to accelerate development and enhance workflows

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in **full-stack software engineering** • Strong experience with **TypeScript, Node.js, and React** • Experience building and shipping **complex features in production systems** • Proven track record of **owning and delivering technical initiatives end-to-end** • Experience contributing to **0 → 1 product development** • Experience working with **PostgreSQL or similar relational databases** • Hands-on experience with **cloud environments (AWS preferred, ECS is a plus)** • Proficiency using **AI tools in daily development workflows** • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Passion or interest in improving **mental healthcare outcomes**
