Beschreibung

• Test a federal agency application end to end, from filer submission through document processing, review, approval, and audit history • Test across the user interface, APIs, and database • Write manual test cases from requirements and user stories • Test every screen, user permission, and exception path before releases • Report actionable defects with reproduction steps, expected and actual results, evidence, and severity • Build and maintain end-to-end, API, and regression test suites • Run automated checks in CI/CD pipelines on every build • Validate data with SQL across the user interface, API responses, database records, and source documents • Test role-based access, permissions, identity verification, and notification integrations • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and client stakeholders regarding release impact • Adapt development workflows as AI tools evolve and remain accountable for delivered code

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of software quality assurance experience, including both manual and automated testing of web applications • Bachelor's degree • End-to-end testing of web applications across the user interface, APIs, and database • User functionality testing, with test cases, test scenarios, and expected results written from requirements and user stories • Functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Test automation in at least one framework, such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or pytest • API testing of REST and JSON services with Postman or comparable tooling • SQL for validating data in relational databases such as PostgreSQL • Testing workflow-driven applications, including assignment, review, status transitions, approvals, exceptions, and audit history • Defect tracking and test management in Jira or comparable tools • Proficiency in writing, PowerPoint, and Excel • United States citizenship • Ability to obtain a Public Trust determination
