Beschreibung

• Build story-driven demonstrations based on real-world customer scenarios and use cases • Create and deliver demo assets through live demo instances, guided tours, videos, and supporting documentation • Build and update demo content using approved OpenText product environments and tools • Prepare materials for self-guided experiences, events, workshops, and field enablement • Translate product capabilities into customer scenarios with clear challenges, solutions, and outcomes • Adapt stories and examples for clients, partners, sales teams, industries, personas, and audiences • Support cohesive demos spanning multiple OpenText solutions • Demonstrate interoperability, data flow, and end-to-end value • Use approved AI tools to create and refine scripts, storyboards, personas, visuals, presentations, and other demo content • Create Demo Guides, Guided Tours, walkthroughs, scripts, and supporting enablement materials • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Solution Consultants • Participate in reviews, incorporate feedback, and update assets as products and priorities change • Share observations from demo development, usage, and audience feedback • Build working knowledge of assigned OpenText products, customer use cases, and demo development tools • Follow brand, editorial, accessibility, and demo standards • Test demo assets before publication and correct content, navigation, and presentation issues

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate solution value and business impact through demonstrations and storytelling • Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple, and engaging language • Passion for hands-on technology, continuous learning, AI, digital content, and customer-focused storytelling • Experience creating presentations, videos, prototypes, digital content, or other visual communications • Comfort learning new software and experimenting with AI-assisted creation tools • High standards for quality, consistency, and excellence, with strong attention to detail • Ability to incorporate feedback • Ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned tasks through completion • Familiarity with generative AI tools for writing, visual creation, video, presentation design, or workflow automation • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, guided-tour platforms, or web content tools • Exposure to UX design, technical communications, Technical Marketing, Presales, Solutions Engineering, demo creation, customer experience, or enterprise software • Experience contributing to cross-functional projects • Experience in the Content Management industry is an advantage • Familiarity with OpenText products is a significant advantage
