Beschreibung

• Oversee financial performance metrics associated with the HMIS contract scope of work at the Richland, Washington site • Drive cross-functional integration across business operations • Partner with stakeholders to enhance financial planning and optimize business processes • Assist in creating and manage budgets • Monitor project financial performance • Identify and mitigate risks and escalate issues affecting timelines or financial outcomes • Document project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership • Maintain independence from execution functions to preserve planning, monitoring, and control integrity • Serve as point of contact for project controls • Collaborate with the contracts organization to maintain fiscally sound execution • Coordinate with the Program Manager, Directors, and functional leads across Finance, Accounting, Contracts, and other corporate organizations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Ability to pass a background and drug screening • Must have identification compliant with the Real ID Act at time of hire • Must be able to obtain Department of Energy access badge • Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and dashboard development using Power BI, Excel, and other business intelligence tools • Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data • Advanced knowledge of Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools • Ability to develop, manage, and monitor budgets • Project controls processes and project management software experience preferred • Ability to travel by vehicle or aircraft and safely operate a motor vehicle • Ability to meet the stated physical requirements, including repetitive keyboarding and lifting objects up to 10 pounds regularly • Ability to comply with federal regulations concerning controlled substances • Ability to successfully complete and pass a federal background check investigation for the required HSPD-12 PIV credential
