Beschreibung

• Partner with AEs on discovery of pain points, workflows, desired outcomes, and buyer metrics • Build and deliver customer-specific demos • Scope ERP integrations including Sage Intacct, Restaurant365, Dynamics GP, QuickBooks, NetSuite, and others • Work with APIs, test calls, and determine how ERP or POS systems connect to Ottimate • Build lightweight tools and prototypes such as file converters, integration scripts, and small web apps • Review customer data to identify complexity and risk • Map current AP processes and demonstrate changes with Ottimate • Write deal scope and client notes for onboarding handoff • Handle technical objections and win technical decisions in complex, multi-entity deals • Support upsell and expansion with existing customers • Bring customer feedback to product teams • Use AI tools to prepare calls, analyze conversations, and build demo assets • Improve demo environments, SE playbooks, and team processes • Present at trade shows and customer events as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years as a SaaS Solutions Engineer or Sales Consultant, ideally in AP automation, payments, or ERP integration • Hands-on experience scoping or leading ERP integrations • Comfortable with REST APIs, API keys, OAuth, JSON, CSV data, and basic SQL • Hands-on use of AI and LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar • Working knowledge of accounting, including GL coding, AP workflow, and month-end close • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to controllers and IT leads and engage C-level buyers • Problem-solving ability and capacity to design workable solutions • Organized and self-directed, with ability to manage several active deals • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Demo2Win training or experience • Hands-on experience with GitHub and deployment platforms such as Vercel or Railway • Scripting experience in Python or JavaScript • Experience mentoring other SEs or helping build SE processes • Background in hospitality, grocery, healthcare, or accounting firm operations
