Beschreibung

• Establish and maintain high safety and quality standards • Study specifications and blueprints to plan material and construction procedures and schedules • Assemble and schedule supervisory, clerical, engineering, field workers, and subcontractors • Set up construction sites • Procure tools and materials for scheduled delivery • Direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors in planning and executing work procedures • Interpret specifications and coordinate construction phases to prevent delays and ensure quality • Resolve workforce complaints and grievances • Resolve construction problems and improve construction methods with supervisors, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers • Inspect work in progress for workmanship, safety compliance, and schedule adherence • Prepare or review progress, materials, and cost reports; adjust schedules accordingly • Ensure documentation and cost-related documents are completed accurately and on time • Ensure purchase orders, receiving reports, and timesheets are correctly coded • Direct workers on major maintenance or reconditioning projects • Communicate, implement, and enforce Gray's safety program on site • May manage subordinate supervisors and field/craft personnel, including training, work assignment, performance appraisal, discipline, and problem resolution

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or minimum of five years concrete related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications • Energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment • Passion for collaboration and professional development • Ability to meet physical demands, including frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift or move up to 100 lbs • Accurate near and distant vision • Ability to work in wet/humid conditions, around moving mechanical parts, outdoors, at heights, and around fumes, airborne particles, extreme temperatures, electrical shock risks, explosives, vibration, and moderate-to-loud noise • Ability to work overtime • Visa sponsorship is not available
