Beschreibung

• Partner with Regional Sales Leadership and Channel Marketing to develop and execute revenue-growth and market-share strategies across the assigned region • Assess territory and sales data to identify growth opportunities, product-mix optimization, and performance improvements • Lead in-store execution for sell-through across product lines, including new product launches, promotional programs, and high-priority SKUs • Build relationships with Pro desks, Millwork, and Building Materials store associates to drive engagement and volume • Support contractor and remodeler business development with Pro Account Leaders • Quote and support closing large-volume projects • Deliver product knowledge and training to store associates • Identify value-based selling and product-mix opportunities to support profitability • Maintain merchandising standards and compliance with planogram and in-store execution requirements • Partner with internal teams to align communication, share insights, and support field execution • Serve as liaison for warranty and quality concerns and support issue resolution • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Experience in sales, account management, or retail/commercial field roles with demonstrated ability to drive results • Experience working across multiple locations, markets, or territories • Experience supporting or influencing others through training, coaching, or informal leadership • Strong relationship-building skills with customers, store teams, and cross-functional partners • Ability to assess data and apply insights to improve sales performance and decision-making • Effective communication and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-based environment • Strong problem-solving skills and solutions-oriented mindset • Preferred: experience in building materials, retail, or construction-related industries • Preferred: experience with contractors, remodelers, or PRO customer segments • Preferred: familiarity with merchandising systems, planograms, or retail execution tools • Preferred: experience supporting or launching new products in retail or field sales • Preferred: experience managing or influencing cost, pricing, or profitability drivers
