Beschreibung

• Own the end-to-end systems that generate and process restaurant imagery and video at scale. • Build a style system (presets + guidelines) that creates beautiful, brand-appropriate outputs across restaurant types. • Go deep with models and prompting to push quality, consistency, and creative range. • Ship pipelines and tooling for iteration, QA, and post-processing (upscaling, cleanup, framing, compression). • Build evaluation loops (rubrics, goldens, review) so creative quality improves continuously. • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, AI, and Launch teams to turn creative generation into a durable product advantage.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Exceptional art direction and photographic taste; you can look at an output and instantly know what’s off and how to fix it. • Strong technical ability (you can code) and comfort building prototypes, scripts, and tooling to improve pipelines. • Deep curiosity and hands-on experience with modern image/video models, prompting, reference workflows, and iterative improvement. • A systems mindset: you care about reliability, cost, throughput, and guardrails—not just one-off great outputs. • High-ownership execution: you move quickly from insight to shipped improvements, and you’re relentless about quality. • Customer empathy for restaurants and an instinct for brand expression, vibe, and what “looks right” for different cuisines and identities.
