Beschreibung

• Understand payroll processing requirements for assigned entities • Process biweekly and semimonthly payroll • Provide follow-up correspondence by phone or email regarding errors or omissions • Maintain client confidence by safeguarding data and complying with HIPAA • Process adjustments, voids, reissues, and ACH uploads • Process off-cycle payroll • Coordinate printing, packaging, and distribution of checks and advice slips • Extract and import data from multiple programs • Process garnishments, tax levies, and court orders • Research and resolve payroll issues • Coordinate payroll audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and identify potential errors • Assist with compiling information for special reports and preparing documents and correspondence

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of a high school diploma required • Two years of relevant experience required • Knowledge of accounting and payroll • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze information and make decisions • Strong research and analysis skills • Solid email, Internet, and Microsoft Office skills • Strong Excel skills • Exceptional mathematical and calculation skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • Multitasking abilities • Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm • Ability to safeguard data and comply with HIPAA
