Beschreibung

• Strengthen, grow, and coach volunteer-based community Affiliates supporting fundraising, audience growth, and mission impact • Secure and steward relationships to achieve a $1,300,000 portfolio fundraising goal • Establish and achieve revenue, outreach, and mission goals for assigned communities • Provide strategic oversight and execute best practices for volunteer-led Affiliates and PurpleStride events • Recruit, retain, develop, and hold volunteer leaders accountable, including succession planning • Travel to assigned portfolio markets at least once per month • Implement national campaigns and priorities locally • Implement local PurpleStride events with volunteer committees and event logistics teams • Recruit and coach teams and individuals to achieve participation and fundraising goals • Develop and manage sponsorship pipelines, pitches, and sponsor relationships • Introduce constituents to other PanCAN opportunities and partner with other teams • Lead community assessment, action planning, and goal setting • Develop strategic plans for reaching new audiences • Identify emerging volunteer talent, top performers, and regional or national sponsorship opportunities • Maintain volunteer, donor, and contact records in the CRM database • Represent PanCAN to grassroots volunteers, corporate donors, and diverse audiences • Manage budgets and performance data, report progress, and identify focus areas • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year accredited university in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and practical experience • Preferred 3 years’ experience in peer-to-peer fundraising, community outreach and mobilization programs, volunteer management, and development, preferably in regionally scoped programs • Knowledge of volunteer program management and organizational management principles and best practices • Strong background in peer-to-peer fundraising programs and strategies • Demonstrated success leading and managing teams • Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse individuals at all organizational levels • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to build and sustain relationships with staff, volunteers, and donors face-to-face and remotely • Ability to evaluate and analyze data and make decisions or recommendations • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and markets simultaneously • Familiarity with the corporate business environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM database systems; Salesforce preferred • Knowledge of cancer advocacy, outreach and awareness programs, and grassroots marketing is a plus • Remote project and team management skills • Interest in domestic travel and comfort navigating new cities • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritize competing tasks
