Beschreibung

• Lead research design and analytical strategies • Provide input into protocols • Develop and review statistical analysis plans • Author/co-author reports, abstracts, and manuscripts • Advise, provide guidance, and oversee quality control of statistical deliverables • Act as functional lead within study teams and direct Biostatistical activities • Perform intricate statistical analyses and provide input to statistical reports • Provide input to analysis plans, statistical reports, and statistical sections of integrated clinical reports • Advise on analyses from the proposal process through the project life cycle • Coach and mentor junior department members • Liaise with biostatistical and company departments to optimize global efficiency • Coordinate Biostatistics project activities within timelines and budget • Coordinate with clients regarding data analysis, scope of work, and budget • Represent Parexel at client meetings

🎯 Anforderungen

• Masters Degree in Statistics (or equivalent) plus a minimum of 6 years industry (or directly relevant) experience OR Ph.D. in Statistics (or equivalent) plus 4 years of industry related experience • Thorough understanding of the statistical aspects of clinical trials and/or observational studies • Experience in statistical analysis in a clinically related subject, within clinical trials • SAS programming or R programming skills (desired) • Masters or Ph.D. level education in biostatistics, statistics, mathematics, or another relevant discipline • Confidence, self-reliance, and ability to learn quickly in a matrixed team • Good leadership skills • Strong oral and written English communication skills • Strong work ethic • Ability to develop complex analysis strategies and execute them using efficient programming techniques • Ability to review analysis data sets and quality control statistical analysis deliverables
