Beschreibung

• Plan, build, launch, and report on tests that improve conversion and revenue across the DTC site • Run A/B and multivariate tests across devices and customer journeys • Optimize the homepage, collection pages, product detail pages, routine and regimen builders, cart, and checkout • Test copy, UI/UX, product merchandising, offer and promotion presentation, and navigation • Ensure tests and site changes launch error-free, follow specifications, and are tracked accurately in GA4 and testing tools • Document test results and build a shared learning library • Partner with Ecommerce, Creative, and Tech teams to move ideas quickly and clear bottlenecks • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing, CRM, Product Development, and Regulatory teams • Build and maintain reports covering conversion rate, AOV, revenue per visitor, new-customer acquisition, and retention signals • Share findings with DTC leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years in ecommerce, performance marketing, or CRO roles • Experience launching tests, owning test strategy, handling QA and implementation, and partnering with leaders • Experience optimizing DTC ecommerce in beauty, skincare, personal care, wellness, or consumer goods • Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing, launch QA, and statistically rigorous results reporting • Experience with testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or AB Tasty • Experience with ecommerce platforms or CMSs • Strong working knowledge of GA4 • Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus • UX judgment grounded in behavioral data • Ability to balance conversion, brand experience, promotions, margin, speed, and compliance with approved claims • Clear communication with Creative, Brand, Marketing, Tech, and senior leadership • Strong follow-through and ownership • Ability to support the East Coast time zone preferred
