Beschreibung

• Manage QA/QC program for Pax consumable product lines across 5+ states with 10+ production partners • Responsible for all document control, technical writing, and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, Batch Records, and any other operational documentation within Quality Management System • Work closely with IT team to maintain and improve Quality Management System • Train and develop partner Pax operators using SOPs, MBRs, and supporting documents for all new products and processes. • Continuously monitor partner operational adherence to written procedures • Identify all potential, serious, or chronic problems affecting product quality or compliance • Perform RCA and CAPA for any non-conformance events, and manage the implementation of investigation findings • Provide routine status updates and relevant information and priorities to the leadership and operations team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Undergraduate Degree • QMS experience preferred • Previous experience designing, implementing, and maintaining QA/QC program • Cannabis experience preferred; familiarity with CPG a plus • Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail • Results driven, task oriented • Comfort with, and ability to operate at an aggressive, accelerated, iterative pace in a dynamic environment • Excellent communication, project and time management, writing and presentation skills with the ability to confidently interact with senior management.
