Beschreibung

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute the company's long-term financial strategy • Lead all aspects of finance, including accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, payroll, tax, compliance, and financial reporting • Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth, investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and expansion initiatives • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and executive reports • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and all applicable financial reporting requirements • Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, capital allocation, and working capital optimization • Lead the annual budgeting process and establish financial KPIs across the organization • Develop and maintain strong internal controls, corporate governance, and risk management practices • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, insurance providers, and other financial partners • Direct annual audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting • Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, customer agreements, and vendor partnerships from a financial perspective • Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities • Drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and profitability • Oversee financial planning for domestic and international operations, including multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance organization • Prepare board presentations and executive-level financial analyses • Monitor industry trends and identify financial opportunities and business risks

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • 12–15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience • Minimum of 5 years in a Vice President of Finance, Controller, CFO, or equivalent executive leadership role • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and corporate finance • Experience leading annual audits and managing banking relationships • Experience managing multi-entity and international financial operations • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills • Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial management systems • CPA or MBA preferred • Experience in Healthcare IT, SaaS, medical imaging, or software technology companies • Experience with recurring revenue and SaaS business models • Knowledge of revenue recognition and subscription-based financial operations • Experience with mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, or private equity-backed organizations • Experience with QuickBooks or comparable ERP/accounting systems
