Beschreibung

• Review product requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand use cases and acceptance criteria • Design, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases for functional, regression, and exploratory testing • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA), and work with developers to resolve them • Perform end-to-end testing of workflows, including user interfaces, APIs, and third-party integrations • Validate data accuracy across systems, particularly in financial and transaction flows • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and QA retrospectives as part of the Agile development cycle • Help maintain QA documentation, including test plans, testing procedures, and release checklists • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in manual software testing, preferably in a fintech or highly regulated environment • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Experience testing web and mobile applications • Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman for manual API testing • Basic understanding of databases and ability to write simple SQL queries • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams • Hands-on experience using AI tools within the testing lifecycle, generating test cases and test data, authoring or maintaining automated tests, and analyzing failures with sound judgment about validating AI output • Nice to Have Exposure to cross-border payments or banking systems • Familiarity with compliance testing (KYC, AML, etc.) • Interest in learning test automation over time
