• Set strategy and drive measurable results across demand generation and revenue marketing • Own the end-to-end pipeline and revenue engine—from first signal to closed deal • Shape how Paylocity competes and wins in an AI-defined marketplace • Define and manage a multi-million-dollar demand generation budget across various channels • Establish metrics, attribution frameworks, and reporting cadences for revenue outcomes • Lead rigorous performance analysis across the full funnel • Drive AI Search Optimization strategy and build brand visibility in AI-native environments • Set the digital marketing strategy and execution plan across the prospect journey • Achieve monthly lead generation and funnel conversion targets • Build full-funnel nurture and acquisition journeys informed by real-time behavioral data • Lead strategy for data-driven digital campaigns that resonate with HR and business decision-makers • Drive funnel optimization across all stages to maximize conversion velocity and quality • Influence website conversion strategy for AI-era buyers • Recommend improvements to marketing automation and analytics infrastructure • Provide executive-level reporting on budget utilization and revenue attribution • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of senior marketing leaders

🎯 Anforderungen

• 15+ years of progressive, senior leadership experience in demand generation within B2B SaaS • Proven track record owning and managing large, multi-million-dollar demand generation budgets • Prior experience leading demand generation through rapid growth and significant market disruption • Demonstrated success as a leader of leaders, building and developing high-performing senior marketing teams • Ownership of AI Search Optimization, including direct command of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) • Comprehensive digital marketing expertise spanning paid media, SEO, and AI-powered personalization • Experience evaluating, adopting, and scaling emerging AI platforms • Strong business judgment and financial acumen • People-focused leader with extensive experience managing and developing senior marketing talent • Exceptional execution skills and a growth-oriented, test-and-learn mindset • Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Prior experience in change management, unifying functional areas, and leading organizations through transformation
