Beschreibung

• Work with Business Development Executives to provide clinical packaging and distribution proposals within expected timeframes • Collaborate with internal departments to calculate complex costing for proposals and Change Orders • Prepare and present proposals to Business Development Executives and customers during customer-facing meetings when applicable • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather information for proposals • Review clinical trial strategies in Requests for Quote and calculate production material quantities • Assign costs based on quoted services • Resolve proposal and Change Order issues with Sales, Project Management, and external customers • Lead internal and client meetings regarding proposals, revisions, and Change Orders • Liaise between Project Management and Business Development Executives to transition awarded proposals to Project Management teams • Develop and write project timelines for proposals • Manage and prioritize competing requests from multiple parties • Draft Change Orders, proposals, and proposal revisions • Follow PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies and procedures • Perform other duties assigned by the Manager/Supervisor

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1–3 years related experience and/or training • Advanced college-level mathematical skills • Ability to perform complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs • Moderate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word • Full professional proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing for professional needs • Intermediate reasoning ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions • Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations • Attention to detail • Sound and accurate judgment • Professional demeanor • Ability to adapt to changing work environments • Excellent time-management skills • Ability to perform high-quality work in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of and adherence to PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, and rules • Regular attendance is an essential function of the position
