Beschreibung

• Process and manage customer orders accurately through EDI and non-EDI systems • Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order issues • Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns efficiently • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shortages, and billing concerns • Support audits by providing accurate documentation and order records • Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers regarding order updates • Maintain organized and up to date order records (WOL) • Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects and supporting daily wholesale operations as needed • Monitor and check inventory levels to ensure order availability and accuracy, and coordinate with partners when needed • Understand and follow partner compliance guidelines to ensure all processes are aligned with required standards • Assist in identifying potential risks and opportunities, and report them to the manager • Oversee the ordering and packaging process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment

🎯 Anforderungen

• Excellent (English) communication skills • 1–2 years of experience in order management, wholesale operations, retail operations • Experience handling sales orders, backorders, and order fulfillment processes • Knowledge of EDI systems and Netsuite • Familiarity with inventory management and shipment tracking • Strong sense of ownership and accountability in managing orders end to end • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Willing to work the graveyard shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine time) • Educational background in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related courses
