Beschreibung

• Lead Pearce's UPS business with full responsibility for nationwide financial and operational performance • Own the complete UPS P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, cost management, customer satisfaction, and service delivery • Provide strategic and operational leadership for field technicians, operational leaders, and service partners • Own and deliver P&L targets, including revenue growth, margin performance, and cost management • Lead field service operations, including technicians, dispatch, and service partner networks • Assume enterprise-wide responsibility for workforce planning, operational performance, financial results, and customer satisfaction • Drive performance across utilization, route efficiency, first-time fix rates, and SLA attainment • Provide leadership and oversight for UPS operations across all geographic regions, markets, and customer accounts nationwide • Partner with Sales and Business Development on national accounts, MSAs, and market expansion • Establish and execute national operating strategies for profitable growth, service excellence, and operational consistency • Build and scale a regional service partner ecosystem • Serve as executive escalation point for customer, quality, and service delivery issues • Develop leaders and build a high-performing, safety-first culture across a distributed workforce

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in field service operations, UPS, power systems, battery storage, or related industries • Direct experience with UPS infrastructure and OEM ecosystems • Experience owning enterprise-level operational and financial performance across a national organization, including full accountability for revenue, profitability, staffing, and customer outcomes • Demonstrated success leading multi-site or nationwide service operations with responsibility for multiple regions, business units, or large-scale distributed workforces for scalable growth • Deep understanding of power electronics and distribution, UPS systems, generators, and/or critical electrical systems • Deep understanding and experience managing leaders of leaders and driving performance across geographically dispersed teams, including field technicians and third-party service partners • Experience improving operational performance metrics such as utilization, SLAs, and service efficiency • Executive presence with the ability to influence customers, partners, and senior leadership • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and data-driven decision-making capability • Experience working in a matrixed, high-growth environment • Experience scaling operations during periods of rapid growth or transformation
