Beschreibung

• Lead enhancements and small project teams focused primarily on one product area, typically lasting 6–18 months with $500K–$3M budgets and up to 15 team members • Support other Project Managers or Product Engineering Managers on larger project efforts or maintenance activities • Manage and control IT projects across planning, directing, coordinating, execution, controlling, and closing activities • Establish, document, and manage project scope, goals, requirements, tasks, schedules, resources, charters, and authority assignments • Participate in identifying and recruiting project personnel • Establish project parameters and procedures to accomplish project goals • Identify and manage project risks and issues • Coordinate work across multiple projects and functional departments • Gather and review status reports and ensure reporting requirements are met • Facilitate team meetings and interactive sessions • Resolve and escalate project problems • Manage project closure • Ensure software development quality and adherence to agreed plans and best practices • Assess scope changes, communicate with stakeholders, obtain sign-offs, reset expectations, and update plans and project artifacts • Establish, track, report, and forecast project budgets and expenses • Coordinate with software development management and accounting on project cost allocation and reporting • Prepare project reports and deliver presentations • Establish and maintain team member, stakeholder, and client relationships • Manage expectations in software delivery

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 3 or more years previous project management experience • 3 or more years software development project experience (in any role) • Strong Agile Scrum project management experience required • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Proven track record of successfully leading multiple project teams through the full software development life cycle to deliver business goals and requirements • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent organizational and coordination skills • Ability to deal effectively with change in a fast paced environment • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes • Knowledge of project management methods and tools • Excellent listening, oral, and written communications skills • Leadership and team building skills • Budgeting and forecasting skills • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Strong presentation skills • PMI-ACP (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certification preferred
