• Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction goals • Conduct in-home consultations using a structured sales process • Identify customer needs and recommend customized window and door replacement solutions • Drive toward first-visit closes, with effective follow-up as needed • Generate self-sourced leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement • Prepare accurate quotes and orders following company procedures • Address customer concerns and partner with internal teams for resolution • Stay current on product knowledge and market competition • Manage customer interactions using CRM and digital tools • Represent the company at events, home shows, and community engagements • Meet directly with homeowners throughout the Greater Portland market

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of sales experience (or equivalent combination) • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to build trust quickly and deliver a strong customer experience • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills • Strong negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Comfortable learning technical product information related to residential construction • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, mobile technology, and CRM systems • Professional appearance and customer-facing demeanor • Ability to travel locally within the Chicago area (showrooms, job sites, customer homes) • Comfortable with physical activity including driving, walking job sites, and occasional lifting • Ability to maintain availability for evening and weekend appointments
